Designing and testing UI and UX for print is an interesting task.
Coordinating multiple testing sessions with sourced subjects from various parts of Melbourne, they were interviewed, asked for input and suggestions for the Yellow Local Directory.
Interviewees were filmed and required to wear the latest in eye tracking equipment while we put them through rigorous tasks including testing new covers, info rich listings and the general shape, feel, usability and function of the Yellow Local.
The information and video was edited and collated into several suggestion documents to alter the future of print directories to the stakeholders of Sensis.
